New Year, New Me


Well it's less than 2 months as counting until I go to Mexico. Seeing as though I'll be traveling to paradise with a bunch of 100 lb. girls, I figured I'd start to get into "beach body" mode. So I've started a diet plan, more so a life style plan.


My friend, Monica, is going to school to be a dietician so my friend Abbey and I met with her to figure out a meal plan. I'm kind of doing that and weight watchers at the same time. I'm eating 5 small meals a day (around 300 calories each), and so far so good....I am only on day 2 however. You really do get quite a bit of food! I'm planning on heading back to the gym this next week...let's hope I stick with it!


It's so cold out right now I don't want to do anything but curl up with a blanket and snuggle with Tuck! But I'll take my butt to the gym...soon :)
