Yogalicious!

Yoga is now my new obsession.

Love it.

Namaste.

Work was very stressful today, I got nothing done e-mail, phone and computer wise because I was running to St. Paul and then Minneapolis and then back to take care of an event that wasn't going right and a couple meetings I had. I just hate when I don't have any time and work starts to pile up. Seeing as though I've worked until 9pm the last 2 nights, I'm wiped out. I joined my friend Robyn tonight at lifetime and we went to a 75 min hot yoga class at lifetime. It was just what I needed to relax. I think this is more our speed than the dance jam class we attempted on Monday. These moves I can follow.

At one point it got so relaxing the guy next to me fell asleep! In the last 10 min. of class you jusy lie on your back and stretch with all the lights off while the instructor talks calmingly about centering yourself. About 2 minutes into it I started to hear snoring, looked over and the guy next to me was covered up with towels and sleeping. So I had a hard time trying to focus and relax when I kept hearing that and wondering if anyone else could hear it or think it might be akward when we do something else and he doesn't move!

Last night I had a dinner for the St. Paul Chamber. My co-worker and I attended and had a great dinner. It was a dual entree with beef tenderloin and a creamy bordelaise sauce with parmesan crusted white fish, potatoes and the best fresh fruit and chocolate dessert (presented in a martini glass)..had to go off the diet a bit! There was an ackward moment when the lady next to me (who I didn't know), took her napkin off her lap, dipped it in her water glass and began cleaning her shoes. For a good 10 min. While she was wearing her skirt and moving her leg up to reach her shoe. Strange and uncomfortable trying to act like I wasn't watching or noticing. Yes.

Headed off to my sister's bball game tomorrow after work, then finally seeing Avatar with Abbey...I'm so excited! Saturday I have to work in the morning and then date #2 might be coming with the guy I met for coffee last week. Only time will tell........Have a great weekend :)
